Donald Trump pranked his perpetually sweating rival Marco Rubio with a heat relief care package full of spring water and towels.
The bombastic billionaire sent his fellow Republican a 24-pack of Trump Ice Natural Spring Water — with Trump’s face emblazoned on the labels — and two “Make America Great Again” towels, aides told CNN.
“Since you’re always sweating, we thought you could use some water. Enjoy!” the Trump camp wrote in a note inside the package.

Trump included two towels in the package.
“Apparently the water is very high-quality water,” Rubio said of Trump’s prank.
Rubio, who recently exchanged insults with Trump after the real estate mogul called him out for sweating during a debate, took the gag gift in stride.
“Apparently the water is very high-quality water. It’s top-notch water,” he said on “Today” Tuesday. “I’m thankful for the gift.”
The Florida senator touched on more serious issues in Tuesday interview, too. In the wake of last week’s school shooting in Oregon, Rubio advocated for better metal health services — but not stricter gun laws. When Matt Lauer asked what could have prevented gunman Chris Harper Mercer from buying 14 guns, Rubio said “His family shouldn’t have allowed him to do it.”
The care package included a case of “Trump Ice” bottled water and two towels.
Trump maintained a similar stance in a Tuesday interview on CNN, saying gun laws would only stop responsible citizens from buying guns — not criminals.
“The bad guys are going to have them anyway,” he said. “You’re not going to have problems with people who are law-abiding people.”
Trump did not offer comment on his apparent feud with Rubio.
Rubio became the butt of Internet jokes in 2013 after he paused in the middle of his 2013 Republican State of the Union response to guzzle a bottle of water on camera. He mocked the gaff during last month’s GOP debate, mentioning that he made sure to bring his own water.
Despite being properly hydrated, Rubio heavily perspired during the televised debate, a snarky Trump claimed.
“I’ve never seen a young guy sweat that much. He’s drinking water, water, water. I never saw anything like this with him with the water,” Trump told a crowed last week.
Trump called out Rubio last week saying he has “never seen a young guy sweat that much.”
He continued the mockery during an MSNBC interview “I’ve never seen a guy down water like he downs water. They bring it in in buckets for this guy.”
Rubio fired back by calling Trump “touchy” and “insecure.”
